Hangi veriler: adın ve soyadın, e-posta adresin, yazarsan Discord kullanıcı adın, oyundaki adın ve sistem bilgilerin (işlemci, ekran kartı, RAM, işletim sistemi), başvuru ve onay zamanı. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için (başvuru sınırı) IP adresinin geri çevrilemez bir özeti kısa bir süre, yaklaşık bir gün tutulur, sonra silinir; IP adresinin kendisi saklanmaz.
Amaç: başvurunu değerlendirmek, seçilirsen FPS TDM II erken erişim giriş kodunu e-postana göndermek, bununla ilgili seninle iletişim kurmak ve build'in hangi sistemlerde deneneceğini görmek. Bilgilerin başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz; reklam ya da bülten gönderilmez.
Nerede, ne kadar: Bilgilerin bertadev.com'un veritabanında, Cloudflare, Inc. sunucularında saklanır; başvurun Berat'a Resend, Inc. üzerinden e-postayla bildirilir. Bu hizmetlerin sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir. Başvurun, erken erişim dönemi bitince ve en geç oyun Steam'de çıktıktan 6 ay sonra silinir; istersen daha önce.
Hukuki sebep: açık rızan (KVKK md. 5/1 ve yurt dışına aktarım için md. 9/1).
Hakların: KVKK md. 11 uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve rızanı her zaman geri alma hakkın var. Bunun için bertadev.com'daki "Birlikte çalışalım" formundan yazman yeterli; başvurduğun e-posta adresini belirt.
Who: Berat Çakır (BerTaDEV, bertadev.com) is responsible for your details. This notice is given under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and in the spirit of the GDPR.
What: your first and last name, your e-mail address, and if you give them your Discord username, in-game name and system details (processor, graphics card, RAM, operating system), plus when you applied and agreed. To stop abuse (a request limit), a one-way hash of your IP address is kept briefly, about a day, then deleted; the address itself is never stored.
Why: to review your request, to e-mail you an FPS TDM II early-access code if you're picked, to contact you about it, and to see which systems it will be tried on. Nothing else: your details are never shared or sold, and you won't get ads or newsletters.
Where and how long: in bertadev.com's database on Cloudflare, Inc. servers; Berat is told about your request by e-mail through Resend, Inc. These services may store data outside Turkey and the EU. Your request is deleted when early access ends, at the latest 6 months after the game comes out on Steam, or sooner if you ask.
Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1 and, for transfer abroad, art. 9/1).
Your rights: you can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write through the "Let's work together" form on bertadev.com and mention the e-mail you applied with.
